Most of our work can be organised under four different headings or associated activities, although the majority of our projects and services contain elements of each of these within them. These headings are:

For each of these areas, OPP works with local, regional and national stakeholders to improve older people's involvement and experiences at all levels. This means we are concerned with how national policy and guidance gets translated into local services and informs practice at an individual level; as well as how messages from individuals and local communities are heard and responded to at a national level.
