Biography

Liz Simpson

Liz Simpson has spent the majority of her working life in a number of different social care settings in the statutory sector. More recently, she has worked in a partnership undertaking inspections, audits and evaluations of adults’ services and in particular, services for older people. During her time in social services, she held management positions and took a leading role in policy and service development. She has been involved in social work education and has undertaken a number of research projects related to practice effectiveness.
