Alison Macadam

Development Officer

Alison is the Development Officer for the Older People’s Programme (OPP).  She supports the many projects commissioned from OPP to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the standard/specifications agreed. This includes: project planning and management; research and information gathering; mapping and analysing information on aggregate needs, performance and good practice; literature searches and reviews and report writing.  

Alison’s background is in the financial and marketing sectors, where she led a team of marketing analysts and was responsible for Research and Information provision across different market sectors.  Alison has a BA in Business Studies from the University of Stirling and holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
